That experience sharpened his edge in marketing, sales, and operations.  Today, Shane continues his real estate business and is a founder of an AI implementation and automation agency focused on service-based businesses. The mission is simple: protect revenue and grow it by installing custom automation that eliminates lead leakage, improves speed-to-lead, increases follow-up consistency, and reduces operational bottlenecks. Shane is known for being disciplined, meticulous, and relationship-driven.
